Credit Card Debt Modification

I do not know much about it, but will bet you that it, too, is means-tested. In other words, the more you earn, the more you can expect to be held accountable for your credit card debts.

In BK Chapter 13, your relief is linked to your ability to repay debts from future income, so you identify a feature of any proposal that works through Chapter 13.
