You realize that the FHFA data is being gradually consigned to the data scrap heap.
The Federal Reserve (see paragraph 7 on pdf page 8 of the Q4.08 Flow of Funds Accounts) now uses First American Core Logic.
You should consider doing likewise.
Is the Loan Performance HPI the best economics graph since Black October? No. Price declines continue to deteriorate.
