Women's Employment Milestone May have to Wait Until the Next Recession

The female employment share went past 49.8% in June. However, the "problem" is that I still don't think it can go past 50.0% in the near future without the aggregate's going below 131 million. This morning's employment data strengthens our impression that aggregate employment will stay above that.
